All ListenClear hearing aids ship using domestic ground service (5-7 business days) at no charge.
Accessories are shipped via US mail or ground service for $6.95 per order. Special orders may have an extra charge.

New complete device orders—No charge
All international shipments include an invoice with the total value listed. Customs policies vary by country. To learn more, please contact your local customs office before you proceed with your order.
Customs fees are not included in the shipping charges. ListenClear has no control over these charges and does not attempt to estimate such charges.
You will be responsible for paying any additional charges in keeping with the laws of the country where your product is received.
ListenClear devices are made to the very highest standards, but do benefit from a little adjusting. If you think your ListenClear device isn’t performing the way you’d like, chances are it just needs a little “tweaking”. Give us a call and our phone representatives will walk you through all of your options—we’re not happy until you are. There is no charge for telephone support and our customer service group is open during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time) Monday through Friday.
